Job Overview:
- In this job the employees have a weekly selection process to choose which days that they want to work each week.
- We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk - Check-In / Check-out guests
- Keep area clean
- Set-up small breakfast
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Monitor the property for safety and security issues, reporting any concerns to management.
Qualifications:
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and reconciling accounts.
